The American Donkey Trust was founded in 2020. As we celebrate our inaugural year, we eagerly look forward to supporting established donkey initiatives and growing new alliances throughout the equine world. Thank you, to all the equids, who make our planet a better place.

Every day, families depend on donkeys. Donkeys take the kids to school, plow the field, haul the water, and mill the grain. They are the engine of economic stability in much of the developing world, and as a community, we support the common welfare of all beasts of burden.
